IHT’s vision is to produce a Nunavut Traditional Names Map Series. Paper maps are useful to hunters and travelers on the land.
However, the process involved in verifying the spelling and precise locations of the thousands of traditional names is a lengthy one. Paper maps, for distribution, take a long time to produce. A Nunavut Map Series is a long term project.
We will add more maps here as they become available.
Obtaining Paper Copies
If you do not have access to a plotter, IHT can print individual maps for you at a cost of $20/map.
